Naretu Indomonok Women Organization runs entrepreneurship programs across villages in Monduli District (including Esilalei, Baraka, Losirwa). These programs aim to build women’s economic independence through training, access to seed capital, mentorship, and market linkage support

Women are trained in business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and record keeping. To help them start or grow enterprises, the organization provides small, revolving interest‑free loans or grants. Once businesses are underway, ongoing follow‑ups with mentors and peer groups ensure women's skills are strengthened and challenges addressed.

The program also helps women access local markets, combine their products for better negotiation power, and improve quality or packaging to fetch better prices. Through these efforts, many women have been able to increase their income, support their families, and become more confident in their business skills. The program includes measures for sustainability—group ownership, reinvestment, and learning from experience so each cohort improves on the last.
